Coconut mango pineapple popsicles

Coconut mango pineapple popsicles

Hello friends! It’s summer and this weekends weather forecast is calling for hot hot weather. To beat the heat we have been making our own popsicles.  As a dietitian mom, I am always looking for a healthier option when it comes to feeding the girls. These coconut mango pineapple  popsicles taste amazing, super easy to make and are a perfect summer treat on a hot day.

I love making my own popsicles. They are so easy to make and a great way to add extra nutrients into your kids diet. These coconut mango  pineapple popsicles are super easy to make with only 5 ingredients. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze. Unlike most sugar ladened popsicles these are naturally sweetened with fruit except for a bit of honey, if you are looking for a vegan version you could simply leave out the honey or add coconut sugar instead. The coconut milk added a nice creaminess with a hit of coconut.

There is no better way to beat the summer heat than a cool, creamy and delcious treat like these coonut mango pineapple popsicels.

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Place in popsicles molds and freeze for 3-4 hours

My kids eyes light up when they see homemade popsicles. If you are looking for more popsicle recipes try out these roasted strawberry and greek yogurt popsicles or these vanilla peach popsicles.
