Happy December my friends! We hope you are all enjoying this festive season with your loved ones. We have been pretty busy with the hustle and bustle of school concerts, activities, and you know mom life. However, I have managed to test a few recipes for the holidays and this gingerspice waffle recipe is amazing.I wanted to create something special for breakfast ,these waffles are made with warm spices and a rich molasses flavour that will get you in the nice list, for sure. Not only will your family love them but your house will smell amazing. Make these ginger spice waffles this Christmas, you won’t regret it.

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of dark molasses
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk.
Instructions

- Serve waffles and add your favorite toppings.

I have tested this recipe out and I can’t get over how good the house smells for hours, your guests will love you. I love all the spices in this recipe, I initially toned down the spices but the girls are now older and prefer more spice. If you have littles who are sensitive to spice I would cut them back in half.

Wishing you and your family the happiest of the holiday season!
